Nishit Gajjar operates The Fullstack Guys as an independent Canadian freelance technology studio. The Fullstack Guys is a business and portfolio brand. It is not represented as a separate incorporated company unless a written quote, invoice, or agreement expressly identifies an incorporated entity.
Services may include web development, software, e-commerce, design, automation, AI-assisted workflows, and related technical consulting. A project begins only when Nishit and the client agree in writing on scope, fees, payment milestones, timelines, deliverables, intellectual-property terms, and support. The written project agreement takes priority over general website information.
Quotes and invoices identify the service provider, currency, applicable taxes, payment instructions, and project terms. GST/HST or other taxes are charged only where applicable and are shown on the applicable quote or invoice. For legal, billing, privacy, or service questions, use the website contact form or WhatsApp and identify the relevant project or policy.
Services are offered from Canada. Applicable Canadian federal law and the law of the province or territory in which Nishit carries on business apply, subject to mandatory consumer, privacy, and jurisdiction rules and any written agreement that validly specifies otherwise. Nothing here removes rights that cannot legally be waived.
OpenLift Cart is a Shopify app operated by Ojasvy Dixit, trading as Urban Lalten, a sole proprietorship in India. The Fullstack Guys is the developer brand used for the app. OpenLift’s published Privacy Policy and Merchant Terms + Data-Protection Agreement apply to that app; Nishit Gajjar is not identified here as its legal operator.
